Medals

As I was putting the house back to its normal untidy state (as opposed to its Christmas untidy state) I decided to put away most of last years medals, but thought I might as well take a pic first - and might as well blip the pic!
Not all the races I did had medals but I did more tahn usual last year that did. Two of them involved cycling and I did relay versions of the ultras.
Run in the woods with headtorches this evening, a bit more shelter from the strong wind than around the streets, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it

P.S. I featured in Jogscotland's campaign to get more people out running. They've done a series of 7 "mythbusters", I'm the "I'm too old" mythbuster!!.
