Water Meadows Buzzard

Ollie dog and I often see this buzzard when we are sploshing across the water meadows. I've photographed it a few times, most recently as it relieved itself whilst perched on a telegraph pole.

Today I saw it alight in a tree. I trained the camera on it as we approached. I was very surprised that it didn't fly as we got nearer. It seemed to be very interested in what Ollie was up to.
