Merienda

It was a cool, cloudy day today, but that didn't stop me pausing for a midmorning snack of cafe con leche and toast with tomatoes at a beachside cafe. Cool is relative ... with enough clothes, it was pleasant sitting there watching the world go by. Later, a warming visit to the spa. There's no bath in the house, so it's a great excuse to go and wallow in warm water, alternating with sauna snoozes.
