Elizabeth came to take Archie out. What excitement! He fair quivers at the window while he waits!

I was then lured into town with the promise of a scone at John Lewis. We (JR) wanted to look at light fittings. Too many to decide... but the scone was good. And there has been amazing progress with the building works nearby since the last time I was there.

I had a cursory wander through the TVS and techy things, but soon lost interest and came home, but JR managed another hour or so in town.

Later in the afternoon we popped round to pick Archie up from Elizabeth's flat, and to see how the washing machine etc works. Archie trots around like he owns the place. We were shown Archie's bath. Archie’s cupboard. Archie's towel and Archie's toy was in the hall. (LOL). Elizabeth has kindly offered the use of her flat while we have our kitchen/bathroom renovations done. Talking of which, it's looming... Not this week coming, but the next. Eeeek!

Here's Master Archie gazing longingly up at the very last, half pecked at by birds, slightly rotten, apple. He always makes a beeline for any on the ground, and often eats too many and makes himself sick. All gone now!
