MonoMonday Celebrations

I’ve just starting working in another office block on the site. We only use part of the floor I’m working on, and this is a grab shot of the other part which currently appears to be unoccupied. The “Mary Celeste” desk in the foreground intrigued me ... why the congratulations? Perhaps a new job in or out of the company? A happy event?
