Freezing over

The lake in Giby is beginning to freeze over. There is already a thin layer of ice around the edges. The ducks weren't obliging enough to move into the shot.

Otherwise earlier it was so cold outside that the wood-oil had to be warmed up because it became too thick to paint onto the floor boards.
