Early Morning Trail Run

I dropped L off at school this morning then MrsT and I went out for a 6.5km run round the Murieston Trail.

It was -2 degrees but a beautiful sunny morning.

Trying to convince MrsT to enter the Kilomathon on March but she’s not having it....yet :-)

Planning on WFH today then driving down to Manchester this evening as I’m taking clients to Old Trafford hospitality tomorrow for the Man U v Brighton match.

I’m also going to sneak in some parkrun tourism and do the Stretford parkrun at 9am
