Party Time!

Saturday = Parkrun day!

Cycled down this morning and enjoyed the nice 5km run followed by a weights session at the gym.

L had her gymnastics session down at Lasswade so MrsT and I picked her and A up at 4pm then they both had a quick turnaround as were headed to a friends house for a birthday sleepover.
