A Quick Lunch

First a very big thanks for your comments and star on yesterdays blip. So much appreciated :)  Onto today . 

Woke early to a blinding , heatless sun plus lightly  frosted grass It looked lovely but didn't stay  ..The sun did but was so bright that photography was not a pleasure .So you get a blip of my lunch if not exciting ,it's colourful . Roast  vegetables be they hot or cold are delicious and a favourite of mine . Add a  portion of mixed nuts , maybe beans . Such  an  easy healthy meal .
