Up on the roof

It's been another very grey and misty day but not too cold.  I think these are White Pigeons rather than Doves and I often see them on the roof of a house near us and where I walked past today - there are quite a lot of them and I hoped they'd take off and I could get a shot of them airborne but no, they just sat there all huddled up.  Aaah well ......!  I'll walk on home then and dish up some homemade curried parsnip soup for the invalid - Mr T, but he's heaps better today.
