St Pancras Station

St Pancras Station must be the most architecturally interesting station in London. The clock tower rivals Big Ben in my opinion.

There was snow on the ground when I first went out this morning, and the temperature around -3º. In London there seemed to be some problem on the metro, at least on the Circle and Hammersmith lines. I didn't hear what it was, but we were shut out of the station for a while at Paddington, and I saw people were shut out at Kings Cross as well.

A lot of students on the train north, many of which got off at Leuchars on their way to St Andrews. Must be the return to university following Christmas.

A problem with the busses at Aberdeen. We were told there was a shortage of busses, maybe instead it was a shortage of drivers. After a longish wait it was a relief to get back to the apartment to thaw.
