Another frosty start to the day, perhaps not as sharp as yesterday but nevertheless it gave my dilapidated garden a more pleasing look.
One of the advantages of being a fair weather gardener is that the things l really should have pulled up in late autumn are now adding a bit of interest.
One such item is this artichoke flower which has turned a rather interesting burnished brown.
Could have just posted it as it was but as usual couldn’t resist a bit of faffing for Abstract Thursday, thanks as always to Ingeborg.

Neck much eased, ballet went well, did a bit of shopping beforehand and scooped a few bargains from the dregs of the January sales, all had at least 70% off, my kind of prices :-)
