New and growing markets

Tonight the birthday of Scotland's great poet Robert Burns will be celebrated around the world. The celebrations will of course involve feasting on Scotland's finest dish, the haggis.

Earlier this morning at Peterhead harbour, the boats were unloading a large catch of top quality marine haggis, destined for the rapidly growing Pescetarian  market.
