Testing

Today I received the camera to replace my deceased compact.  I've only had it a few hours, enough time to skim through the menus but not enough time to read the instruction manual or work out all the functions.  However, I took it out for a quick test this evening before it got too dark.

I think it needs some time to become familiar with - it is quite different from my old compact and from my DSLR.
