Country Signs

Dear Diary,

This home-made and child painted road sign is very near my house.  I think it is a good example of roadside art that I am very partial to.  There is a farm on that road that each summer runs a week long summer camp for kids where they get to spin yarn, weave, care for the animals and work in the garden. She also runs art camps for children in the fall and I suspect they were the ones that painted the letters.  As a retired elementary art teacher, this makes me smile every time I drive by it.
