Work, then a very quick turn around, home to change and grab an apple and then off to meet Keith before the care home visit. We had lunch in Sainsbury, which took a lot longer than planned as the kitchen staff were 'having a melt down' apparently. Jeanie was silent again, but she did eat cake when I chopped it up.
