Projects

Up super-early today, full of vim and vigour (well, tea and breakfast biscuits anyway).  We rattled through a load of jobs, with the kids quite happy to do their share once they realised I had signed up for the truly unpleasant jobs (though I pointed out that they will have either learn how to clean the toilet, or get a cleaner when they leave home).

In return for their hard work, I framed some pictures for them - including this map from a game they both play, with a caption chosen between them, and some imaginative latin devised through teamwork.

Fun day.

Bet my blood pressure reading is back to normal.

It was even warm enough to eat lunch outside (though my bum did get a bit damp from the seat...)
