Waiting it Out

First of all, I am simply overwhelmed by the response to my Barred Owl.  It warms my heart to belong to a community that is so supportive.  I was very excited to get that photo...and to share it. Thank you so very much  : ) x

Now....the snow is falling heavily and we are expected to get 15 - 25 cm by morning.  The deer are deep in the woods, waiting it out. Such smart creatures!  Not sure if anyone can tell, but that is little Brownie lying down, although the doe standing is not Ms Brow. There were quite a number of deer lying down but I loved that one doe standing and how pretty she looked in the snow.
