Toffee Apple Crumble

Today is my day when I get to choose what I do to an extent. Today I have had a day of domestic goddessery, at my own pace and nothing too grim! I also made this toffee apple crumble with the apples my Dad gave me yesterday. I had some with custard for my lunch, and it was delicious!

I've gone with an indoor Blip as I'm pretty sure it is still very cold out. I am going to nip out to the Post Office soon though. I will also walk into the park and leave the apple peel and cores in there for the wildlife - I'm sure some of them will find a use for it.
