Good day exploring Athena SWAN and other gender related matters with cilleagues: making connections between different strands & clearer way forward emerging.

Had an hour to pass before leaving to catch train so sat in foyer area which lead to 3 chance encounters & conversations, each of which helped different actions along. It really is good to talk but not always easy to carve out time for chance encounters.

Now on train heading northwards. Hope weather stays cold & crispy but with no snow so we can get out for a good walk.
