Snowflake

I had a happy time indoors taking photos of the visiting birds today.  Needless to say l have had a difficult time choosing which one to blip.. so many little birds and so many photos!!!  I decided on this one not so much for the bird but for the snowflake which is beside it... for a hand held photo with a long lens through the kitchen window on a dull snow laden day..l cannot believe l captured that flake.. in all its perfection.
I am adding Flossie on a roll as an extrra.. she had a lovely day out in the snow... coming in with balls of snow stuck to her legs which left pools by the aga. Also a landing robin which kicked up the snow!
