Who’d have thought there’d be so many different flowers out in Winter? And yet there are no insects, so who’s passing the pollen?

Having struggled with jet lag this week and hardly slept at all some nights, I was thankful for a good 10 hours last night... and feel better for it. Sadly lack of sleep and stress show on my face so I’ll spare you a selfie!

In an effort to rebalance, I’m exercising regularly, (incl physio exercises) have started yoga and I’m trying a mindfulness app Bodhi.

Peter & I enjoyed Bohemian Rhapsody at the cinema tonight. What a flamboyant, extravagant but also extremely brave character Freddie Mercury was. An inspiration.
