Paula's Winter Hot Pot

That we made yesterday really filling and wholesome. I think its got everything in it you can think of.

Got a new breadmaker today had to try it straight away and its made a lovely loaf, really pleased with it, it'll save my poor arms kneeding dough. I just can't do it now.

My shoulder is still causing me pain, i got a letter yesterday to make an appointment for physio with a choice of 3 clinics one being my own doctors 5 mins walk away i wonder why they thought i might like to take a bus ride to the other two.

Very cold we had snow friday night but not much.
