Icy Bubble

Following Technophobe's excellent example on Wednesday, I was determined to have another go at this technique - having failed on Friday when the weather wasn't cold enough. From the weather forecast I reckoned that this morning would be my last chance for a while, as the temperature is expected to rise signifcantly over the next few days.

At -2.5C it was just cold enough to get the bubbles to freeze, so this is the result - definitely better in mono, and it means I can tag it for Skeena's Mono February challenge. (I still think Technophobe's bubble was better, but never mind - it was fun to experiment!)
