Life in a Northern Town

Freezing Fog

We woke to freezing fog, which cleared quickly here. This time of year I can see Emley Moor Mast peeking through the bare trees from my front garden - as the sun rose it looked like a beacon.

I am off to see the doctor about my knee, I have a man on my roof fixing it, (the roof, not my knee....)the plumber is coming to have another look at the cold shower, and it's Sarah's parents' evening tonight - I just need to fit in a full day's work around that.

Edit - slipped kneecap - rest and anti-inflammatories have been prescribed, followed by muscle building exercise. The Fitbit is back in the drawer.
