Refurbishments and Improvements

I headed off to the post office this afternoon, passing the local railway station as I did so, only to find that works have started to increase the capacity of the car park that serves the commuters.  For many years the car park has only offered about 20 parking spaces but from the area now being cleared I'm hopeful that it will double its capacity once finished.

I do like to record these local events on my Blipfoto journal these days.  Having recently watched a talk on YouTube by Blipfoto's founder, Joe Tree, I'm minded by his words that Blipfoto is an archive and an increasingly important record of our life and times, not just a repository for pretty images.
