One better than the next

If it wasn't so serious, the goings on in Westminster would make it impossible to get anything done. Every single day Theresa May, her Tory party and the bunch of incompetents that call themselves Ministers manage to do something some outrageously stupid that you want to roll about on the floor laughing.

The most incompetent of all, the Transport Minister Chris "Failing" Grayling pulled off a great one today and then tried to get back some credibility by saying the EU was to blame if there was a No Deal Brexit! The man will one day be used in a very large textbook on "How Not To".

I took off this afternoon with Luna for a walk on our old favourite "Schickling" route which has been unusable for weeks as there was simply nowhere to park. Luckily someone has moved just enough for two cars and there have been some town walkers who have compressed a trail. It's still very slippery and/or my boots are not as grippy as they look they ought to be.

It took over an hour but that was largely due to stopping regularly for Luna to check on potential mice activity under the snow. And of course to enjoy the wonderful picture postcard scenery (extra photo collage) and, for the most part, the near total silence but for the crunching of my boots on the snow.

Lovely and so we will leave it at that!
