Silhouette......

Silhouette on the Stopbank....Son Duncan is visiting us. His tiny figure can be seen silhouetted on top of the stopbank. His cat Minty had taken ill so Duncan brought him here for veterinary attention.. Minty is now in “Hospital” after treatment. Hopefully we will pick him up tomorrow. Otherwise nearly all of our energy and concern is focused on the destructive wild fires still raging over the hills in the Nelson Province. It is very distressing for so many folk and we hope those fighting the fires and those attending to the welfare of folk stay safe and their work is successful.
