1567. EB...

What a day we’ve had today...we took the bus to Edinburgh to take our iPads back to Apple as the screens had bright spots in exactly the same place on our two identical iPads...manufacturing fault you’d think...plus we noticed this whilst they were still under warranty but missed the deadline! So Apple wouldn’t replace them as they did not accept that this was a “known” fault...and they are now out of warranty and cannot be repaired....only replaced...at our own cost! So cue lots of discussions with the staff in the store...and actually despite feeling a bit annoyed with ourselves and Apple for being in this situation....we did come to an agreement to buy two new iPads and part exchange our old ones...we did get a reasonable deal and a good price for our old ones despite the damage to the screens....plus if Apple acknowledge this issue within the next ten years...we will get our money back...but won’t be holding our breath!
Soooooo....on to my EB today....it is LGBTQI history month so here’s a blip of my rainbow headphone holder....sorry it’s the best I could do...
