Roasted Crickets

This is definitely the most adventurous thing I’ve eaten in a while. I have been curious to try crickets for a while (I’ve heard them described as the “gateway bug”), and I finally got around to it. They are pleasant: crunchy, nutty, and earthy. I don’t have any plans to make these a staple of my diet or rush out to eat more bugs, but it was worth the experience to try them.
