What a substantial meal.

My first day back at work after my little hols to snowy Scarborough. I thought that I'd grab a sandwich but the delivery man hadn't been :-(

So I ended up having this wonderful pot noodle. I've not eaten one in years. I must say it was..................
still as bad now as it was then.

To make up for it work was great thank heavens for small mercies.
