Beginning

The first colourful sign of Spring is when our neighbours magnolia begins to bloom. Last year the snow arrived the following week and many of the flowers were spoilt with the frost. It is very early but we hope that it will have its day of flowering whilst the weather is mild.
I have no doubt that there will be another cold snap after this ... there always seems to be another flurry of freezing wind before the real warmth begins to arrive. :)
