Is it a dull weekend because the last one was anything but? 

Or is it just normal routine?

It feels like an anticlimax. 

I did all kinds of chores which were on the list, so in terms of domestic achievement it has been a positive day. 

We picked some daffodils over at West Wemyss last weekend - they were close to flowering then, and they opened during the week. 

Is "domestic achievement" an oxymoron?
