Another cottage is being torn down. The owner gave our friend the jalousie windows from the porch. He however, lives in Georgia and the house will be torn down this coming week. So, he asked us to take the windows out for him. They were 4'X9' and very heavy for hubby and I to handle. We learned a lot about these windows during this adventure I can tell you that. We called for some backup when it came time to load them on the truck and trailer and unload on the other end. Only a few panes of class were broken and we were able to get extra ones from windows he did not want so it all worked out just fine. We will sleep good tonight!
