Easy choice

Today's blip was such an easy choice - it was the only picture I took all day!

Inspired by a similar shot I took yesterday I went out into the garden early evening to take it but was disappointed to find all the Californian Poppies already closed up asleep for the night.

So this isn't quite as colourful as I'd hoped but I still rather like the effect.

Who needs clarity and sharpness anyway?!
