I caught this portrait of a Jackdaw in the garden this morning...

Margaret's eye op certainly has made a huge difference, everything has become much clearer for her and now she is impatient for the other eye to be sorted...

Just amazing what results a 10 minute procedure can produce. Yet another reason to be grateful to our National Health Service and the skill of the surgeons, doctors and nurses and the support of all the other staff.
