Holy Trinity Church, Blythburgh

We went off to see Mum in Lowestoft today. She was fine and in good sprits which is a great relief for us...

On the way home we stopped at Blythburgh to stretch legs and take some photos.  Holy Trinity is a magnificent church and I just have to have a snap when we go there... The two extras are 1, the tidal creek that was a busy port in medieval times and 2, the marsh and reeds that go for miles. Not a place to try and cross on foot.

I've converted these to B & W because the light was rubbish by the time we got there. Now we're looking forward to the arrival of Storm Dennis and a blustery, wet weekend.
