Singing

Met one of my friends for coffee this morning and had a good catch-up. It was quite late in the afternoon - nearly 4:30pm - before I went out for a walk, so just went along to Chacefield Wood near Denny. Despite it being fairly close to where I live, it was my first visit there this year.

The lateness of the day meant the light wasn't great for taking photos, but I managed to capture this chirpy robin on top of a young fir tree. Lots of birdsong in the air, and a deer crossed the path ahead of me at one point, so a quite enjoyable, if short, walk.
