Enormous Wood Pile

9.3C and cloudy, with some mist. SE/ESE/SSE wind to 34 mph with gusts to 43 mph.

Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour and had a wander round the old quay. If the pile of wood awaiting ships gets any bigger it wouldn't surprise me if the new quay collapsed.

It was quite misty over the hills and out over the loch. We carried on along Hall Street and the shore side of the park and Kilkerran road to just after the mile marker. We turned there and came back the same way then along the street side of the park and came home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (closed).
