We had a very interesting day.  The weather was very nice, sunny and even a little warmer, not warm, but warmer, so we took off for Upton House for a bit of open space.  As expected the cafe was the busiest bit but we found a table for our morning coffee then sat outside for our sandwich lunch.  We didn't go round the house, but had a stroll in the gardens.

On the way home we stopped off at Redwings Horse Sanctuary at Oxhill and had a look at the horses and donkeys there, ending up 'adopting' a donkey called Ayra.  She's not pictured though we did see her along with her donkey mates, including one playing football with his nose; luckily we didn't have to take her home with us!
