That's Life!

Paris By Night

By day, Vegas is a bit ho-hum: the Strip a concrete canyon bisected by a constantly moving 8-lane highway, shopping opportunity every footstep, slot machine in every other doorway, barkers marauding the streets chasing every last buck in your pocket. But at night, all this becomes a scene of wonder: huge flashing screens, more neon than you've ever seen before, loud music and free entertainment along the street. The casinos aint doing much business, though; their patrons are otherwise amused: if they're not enjoying the night air, they're gorging themselves in the buffets, all-you-can eat for thirty bucks. Yum, yum . . .
