saturday spring clean

the sunshine has disappeared today but that hasn't stopped me doing a bit of garden pottering with things to cut back and tidy up - it's never ending but I'd take that kind of tidying up over housework any day! Another Iris 'George' is blooming today!

And this afternoon has been spent swearing at the television as my football team - Southend United - were on against Portmsouth.  When we went 3-0 down after half an hour it wasn't the greatest, but they pulled it back to draw 3-3 so I'm a very happy bunny right now, an dneed a lie down to recover from the stress!
