Antequera

I explored the Andalucían city of Antequera for the first time today.

Apparently it's off the tourism track, which is quite a surprise when you see what it has to offer. It has an impressive castle, remains of Roman baths, an incredible dolmen (prehistoric burial chamber), 33 churches, a glorious art deco cinema, a bull ring, pretty squares and patios, and amazing views.

I've not been so surprised by a visit to a Spanish city in a long time.
