Blue

Blue is the best way I can sum up today. Glorious blue skies and birdsong.
Of all the things I saw on my walk, this is the sight I loved the best! This chimney against the sky and a red-tiled roof.
My first walk of the day was right after breakfast, down to the park, hoping to see the first crocus, but there wasn't a single one! The daffodil shoots are coming out on one of the banks and I shall go back to photograph them in a week or two.  I did see some tiny primroses starting to grow in a frosty garden (first extra) and 7 or 8 noisy magpies high in a tree (second extra). 

What a joy to be outside in some fabulous weather!
