The weather was wet this morning, putting paid to hopes of climbing, so after leaving the hut much cleaner than we found it Mary and I headed to Joe Brown's to retrieve her mitts, left by mistake yesterday. Then we spent a while in Moel Siabod Cafe.... before deciding to drive home because the rain was persisting!

We dropped into a layby opposite Tryfan because I wanted to get this photo, and then spent a while watching a climber on Milestone Buttress... they must have been so wet!

However, on the A55 it dried up and we decided to pay a visit to Aber Falls, somewhere I hadn't been since I was a teenager, and Mary hadn't been at all. They're impressive falls (see extra), and marked the end of an enjoyable weekend with the club.
