Mount Pond: Kaleidocayuga

More psychedelic in large.

Well, the wasn't the best angle for a portrait, but it certainly accentuated the spectacular iridescence... I experimented with the contrasty lighting conditions (the sun was low but bright), catching the Cayuga looking everything from silhouetted, to brown black, to these more obliquely angled shots with the light enlivening all those oily colours... 
This was the least aloof encounter in quite a while!
