Calm?

I was working in the kitchen of the cafe today and apart from a brief lull about 11/11.30 am, it was pretty hectic.  In the middle of all the food preparation two guys came in to try and fix a large fridge.  It had to be defrosted and emptied because it needs a new part, so all the food in this fridge had to be put elsewhere.  Never a dull moment.
