Hair foam

Ali took this photo of me with this pretentious gin concoction, as the foaminess resembled my hair.

We were at the University Arms Hotel in Cambridge, with our mutual friend Bryna, who Ali worked with in the DRC. The sophisticated ambience of a roaring fire and studious academics below bookshelves was not the place for three very loud people to be discussing sex and extra-judicial killings in the Congo (topics not related).

However, a drink (or more than one) was much needed after a day of fliff-flaffing around a new project idea for Mozambique, which is proving somewhat complicated.
