Vancouver here we come.

We both worked from home this morning, and finished squeezing the lasts bits and pieces into our hand luggage. Cadbury’s chocolate a must for the girls and a photo book that R has done for them from our visit last June. My favourite photo is of the 4 of us in the 1920’s woollen swimming costumes. Surprisingly flattering.
At Heathrow by 3pm and a bit of shopping before the dreaded 9hr 40min flight. 3 movies later, Please Forgive Me (a bit slow for me), Mama Mia 2 (rubbish apart from the ABBA music), Instant Family (ok to dose to).
Arrived at 2.30am UK, 7pm Vancouver, and the girls were there to meet us. We spent the evening catching up, with beer, but I must remember how strong they are! Bed at 7am, 11pm here. Too excited to sleep...
