Woodsmoke

A balmy and very unseasonal 11 degrees this morning - I even saw a bumblebee queen, but I hope she's kept the light on in her winter quarters just in case we get another dollop of snow....  

Was cycling along the path and I caught a delicious waft of wood smoke from the undergrowth.  Couldn't see if someone was disposing of winter pruning or cooking an al fresco breakfast but it certainly got me in the mood for getting my gardening wellies on.  Of course, by time I got home it was raining, but there's always tomorrow :-))
